symbolAbout This Book

The purpose of this book is to provide you with information about the housing services provided by Oxford City Homes.

This book is addressed to tenants.

If you have a query about our housing services or about your tenancy, check in this book to find out what to do.

You will see this symbol information in certain sections of this book. This indicates that a more detailed information leaflet is available about the topic. You can get leaflets from any of the Council offices that hold Housing Surgeries or from Oxford City Homes reception. You can also download them from our website.

For information about our repairs service for tenants we have a separate Tenants’ Repairs Book. For information for our Leaseholders we have a separate Leaseholders’ Handbook.

You can call just one number, 0800 227676, for all your housing and repair enquiries. This is the number for our central Oxford City Homes Contact Centre.

Other useful contact numbers are given in Useful Contacts.

Lets be considerate. All our staff and contractors are expected to be considerate and respectful towards you. We expect you, members of your household and any visitors to your home to behave in a similar way towards them.
