• Renew HMO licence online - You will require the reference number from your existing licence. This can be found on the reminder sent to you or on any previous correspondence relating to your existing licence.

Public Register of HMO Licences

You can search for existing HMO Licences on our Licensing Public Access System. The Register contains only those houses for which a licence has been granted. No information is available for houses where applications are pending.
