Planning Advice Duty Service

We operate a duty officer service, providing informal planning advice to customers visiting our St Aldate's Customer Service Centre. Please note, this duty service is available for up to a maximum of 15 minutes.

During your duty advice, it may become necessary, depending on the nature of your enquiry, to submit pre-application advice and to follow the procedure as outlined on our Pre-application Advice page.
