Public Access details

Public Access enables you to do the view following information online:

• Planning applications
• A list of planning applications validated or decided within a date range
• Decision notices from 1948, including attached conditions or reasons for refusal
• All comments made on applications before the application is decided
• Plans for applications from 1st March 2002
• Planning reports to Committee
• Planning enforcement notices
• Section 106 agreements
• Planning and enforcement appeal documentation (these documents are held in the original planning application or enforcement case).
• Planning applications, appeals and enforcement cases spatially via a map

Public Access also allows you to:

• Submit electronic comments on current applications
• Track applications and receive notifications by email
• Search for planning applications, appeals and enforcements using a variety of options and save the search

Officer's reports to committee, agenda and minutes can be viewed in the Council Meetings pages.

Please note that the 'Expiry Date' which can be found under 'Important Dates' is the deadline date on which to comment on an application.
