Statement of Community Involvement

We have produced a Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) as part of the Local Development Framework (LDF). The document sets out how we intend to involve the community in the planning process. More information about the SCI is contained in the SCI factsheet.

The SCI was adopted on 2nd October 2006. We have also produced a note indicating the effect the 2008 Regulations relating to Local Development Framework have on the adopted SCI which can be downloaded below:

The Inspector's Report on the SCI was received at the end of June 2006 and is binding on the Council.
